Shipping Policy
We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package during delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. But will usually arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. If you experience any issues with your order or delivery, our customer support team is happy to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible

Return & Exchange Policy
At Hippie Haven Apparel, all products are made through Printify, a print-on-demand company. This means every item is created specifically for each order and produced only once purchased. Because of this, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind after placing an order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to help. Printify offers a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our team through the contact form and include a clear photo showing the issue. If a return is needed, we will provide additional instructions and assist you through the process.
